Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Vuln0x platform ("Service") operated by Solustiq Yazilim ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.S. ("Company"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
You may use Vuln0x exclusively for:
- Scanning domains, applications, and infrastructure that you own.
- Scanning systems for which you possess explicit written authorization from the owner.
- Performing security assessments within the scope defined by your subscription plan.
- Generating vulnerability reports for remediation and compliance purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Unauthorized Scanning
- Scanning any system, domain, or network without verified ownership or explicit written authorization.
- Circumventing or attempting to bypass the domain verification process.
- Using the Service to discover or exploit vulnerabilities in systems you are not authorized to test.
2.2 Malicious or Harmful Use
- Using scan results to conduct, facilitate, or plan attacks against any system (including the scanned target).
- Using the Service to perform or amplify Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Using scan results for blackmail, extortion, or any form of coercion.
- Deliberately overloading target systems through excessive or aggressive scanning.
2.3 Competitive Abuse
- Scanning competitor platforms to gain unfair competitive advantage.
- Reselling or redistributing Vuln0x scan results without authorization.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
2.4 System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Vuln0x infrastructure, other users' accounts, or internal systems.
- Automated usage of the Service beyond documented API limits.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations or abuse free-tier resources.
3. Rate Limits and Scan Limits
Each subscription tier includes specific limits on concurrent scans, scan frequency, and API request rates. These limits are published on our pricing page. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or upgrade requirements.

4. Violation Response
Violations of this AUP are handled according to severity:
4.1 Minor Violations
First-time or inadvertent violations (e.g., slightly exceeding rate limits) will result in a written warning via email. You will be given an opportunity to correct the behavior.
4.2 Serious Violations
Intentional misuse, unauthorized scanning, or malicious activity will result in immediate account suspension. Your account will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the findings. Access may be reinstated at our sole discretion.
4.3 Critical Violations
Activities constituting criminal offenses (unauthorized access, extortion, DDoS attacks) will result in permanent account termination without refund, and the activity will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to security@vuln0x.com.
6. Modifications
We may update this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
