Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. When upgrading, the credit difference is added immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can purchase credit top-up packs anytime. Packs range from 150 to 5,000 credits and never expire. They're consumed after your monthly allocation.
