Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vuln0x platform ("Service"), operated by Solustiq Yazilim ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.S. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Vuln0x is an authorized security scanning platform that provides automated vulnerability detection, security assessment, and compliance reporting for web applications and infrastructure. Vuln0x is not a hacking tool. The Service is designed exclusively for legitimate, authorized security testing purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Vuln0x, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@vuln0x.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Authorized Use Only

You may only use Vuln0x to scan systems, domains, and applications that you own or for which you have obtained explicit written authorization from the owner. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for verifying that you have proper authorization before initiating any scan.
  • Domain ownership must be verified through our domain verification process before scanning is permitted.
  • Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable laws.
  • If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are conducting unauthorized scans, your account will be immediately terminated without refund, and we may report the activity to the relevant authorities.
  • All legal liability arising from unauthorized scanning rests entirely with you.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is further governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the AUP constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Plans

Vuln0x offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise). Features, scan limits, and capabilities vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

6.3 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect on their account.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, reports, documentation, and branding, are owned by the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.

8. Scan Results and Reports

Scan results and vulnerability reports generated by Vuln0x are provided for informational purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Vuln0x does not guarantee 100% accuracy of scan results. False positives and false negatives may occur.
  • Scan results do not constitute professional security advice or a guarantee of system security.
  • You are responsible for independently verifying and acting upon scan findings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your unauthorized scanning of third-party systems or networks.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in those documents.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and any applicable Service Level Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service.
